Most tables include entry for your group, a reserved space, bottle service and mixers, along with a minimum spend to enjoy on drinks. Each venue displays the full details before you book.

A deposit secures your reservation with the venue. It confirms your table and ensures staff, service, and space are prepared for your arrival.

Prices are set directly by venues and can change based on demand, time of year, or event type. The Lifestyle Access always shows live, up-to-date pricing.

A minimum spend is the amount your group must spend on drinks at the venue. It’s a credit—not a fee—and goes entirely toward your bottles and service.

You’ll receive an instant confirmation in-app or by email. Your reservation is also sent directly to the venue’s system.

Your table type is confirmed. Specific locations within the venue may vary, but the team will always aim to honour your request where possible.

If a venue cancels your reservation, we’ll notify you immediately and arrange an alternative or issue a refund according to our policies.

Venues hold tables at their discretion, and we cannot guarantee how long a reservation will remain available. If you’re running late, contact support as soon as possible and we’ll notify the venue where we can.

Yes. Venues require physical, valid ID such as a passport, driving licence, or national ID card. Digital or photo IDs are rarely accepted.

In rare cases, yes. Venues may refuse entry for reasons such as missing ID, dress code, intoxication, or behaviour. Your booking remains valid as long as venue policies are followed.
