FAQs
Backed by experience. Driven by connections.
Booking a VIP table gives you the ultimate nightclub experience. You’ll skip queues, be greeted by a host, and be escorted to your private table with premium bottle service. Booking in advance secures better pricing and ensures availability during peak times.
Table bookings are based on a minimum spend. This typically includes VIP entry, a reserved table, and the opportunity to order bottles from the venue’s menu. In some regions, additional taxes and service charges may apply.
The deposit secures your booking and confirms to the venue that you are a genuine guest. It ensures your table is held and ready upon your arrival.
Almost always — however, final entry decisions rest with the venue’s door staff. Compliance with dress codes and respectful behaviour is essential.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or your booking is declined. If you believe your case warrants an exception, please contact support with relevant documentation.
Booking ahead guarantees availability and helps avoid last-minute price increases. Using the app also allows you to invite others to your table and coordinate your night with ease.
You will receive a notification in the app and by email once a promoter confirms your group. Be sure to chat with the promoter to confirm final entry details.
Most clubs operate exclusive guest lists. Promoters require group photos to determine suitability and meet the venue's requirements.
Clubs typically prefer mixed groups. This is especially the case where free entry or drinks are provided, and it helps maintain the atmosphere of the event.
Promoters may not have seen your request yet, the list may already be full, or your profile/photos may need updating. Ensure your images are recent and clearly visible.
No. You may only accept one offer per night. Guest list entries are exclusive and time-sensitive, and venues require confirmation in advance.
Yes, offers can arrive up to two hours before the event. However, it’s best not to leave acceptance until the last minute to allow time for coordination with the promoter.
If time permits, you can accept another offer. Additional offers may still come in closer to the event time.
You must bring original, physical ID — such as a passport, driving licence, or national identity card. Photographs or digital versions will not be accepted at the door.
Dress codes vary between venues, but smart and fashionable attire is always safest. Sportswear, casual clothing, or inappropriate footwear may result in denied entry.
Yes. Simply download the app and create your event. All venue listings are subject to approval during the promoter sign-up process. Once approved, your events can go live on the platform.
Yes, you can still accept offers late in the evening of the event, but responses are not always guaranteed. Many promoters are already on-site managing guests, so communication may be limited. Final entry is always at the discretion of the venue — including last entry time, guest list rules, and capacity. Accepting an offer close to the event time may carry a risk of declined entry depending on promoter or venue policy.
If you're running late, please message the promoter via the app as soon as possible to avoid issues at the door.
